1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms are the agreement between you and CarrotBoost. CarrotBoost is run by its owner as an individual trader. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "CarrotBoost" mean the owner of the CarrotBoost brand. You can reach us at [email protected] or through live chat on carrotboost.gg.
By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or place an order. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms and sets the rules for refunds.
These Terms apply from October 6, 2026. We keep earlier versions and will send you a copy of one on request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
2. The services
We sell services and products for League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics. Not every service exists for every game. The game pages show what is available.
Coaching: live one-to-one sessions and replay review with a coach, booked by the hour. We do not need your game login for coaching. Coaching is available for League of Legends and Valorant.
Boosting: a service that works toward a goal you choose, such as a target rank, a number of wins, placement games, champion mastery or a set number of games. For most boosting services, a specialist logs in to your game account and plays for you (section 5). Duo services are different: a specialist queues with you in your own games and does not need your login. Boosting is available for League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics.
Accounts: ready-to-play game accounts for League of Legends and Valorant. Each account page shows the region, what comes with the account and its warranty (section 11).
Store credit: a prepaid balance you can use on CarrotBoost services (section 12).
Our coaches and specialists are accepted after we check their identity and rank. They hold Master, Grandmaster or Challenger rank.
We may add, change or stop a service. If we stop a service you already paid for before we delivered it, you get a refund for the part not delivered (Refund Policy, section 7).
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You may have one account. Do not share your CarrotBoost account, and do not open a second account to get around a suspension.
Keep your CarrotBoost login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if someone used it without your permission. We are not liable for loss caused by someone using your account because you did not keep your login safe, except where the law says otherwise.
For larger orders, or when something suggests fraud, we may ask you to confirm who you are or that you own the payment method. If you refuse a reasonable request, we may delay, cancel and refund the order.
You confirm that the law where you live allows you to buy these services.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, with a currency. The checkout page shows the total you will be charged, including any processing fee and any tax that applies to your order, before you confirm.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
Payment is due in full before an order starts. Card payments go through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. The charge appears on your statement as CARROTBOOST.GG.
You can pay with store credit, by card, or with both.
A coupon or promotion applies only on the conditions shown with it. We may end a promotion at any time. An order placed before it ends keeps its discount.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse of a promotion or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund it as set out in the Refund Policy.
If your bank or card issuer declines a payment, please sort it out with them and try again.
5. Account-based services: access and risk
How access works: for account-based boosting services, a specialist logs in to your game account. You give us the login at checkout or on your order page. Only the specialist assigned to your order and the staff who need it to fix a problem can see it. We store it encrypted, use it only for your order, and delete it 30 days after the order is completed or cancelled. The Privacy Policy has the details. Please change your password when your order ends.
You confirm that you own the game account or that the owner clearly allowed you to let us use it.
The publisher's rules: game publishers' terms, including Riot Games' terms for League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics, forbid letting someone else play on your account, and Riot treats boosting as ranked manipulation. If the publisher notices, it can warn, suspend or ban your account, remove ranked rewards and reverse rank gains. Duo and other boosting services carry the same kind of risk. This risk exists whatever we do and no service can remove it. We cannot promise that the publisher will take no action, and we do not control its decisions.
By ordering a boosting service, you confirm that you have read this section and accept that risk to your account.
What our specialists will not do: use scripts, bots or other third-party software; change your account details, email, password or security settings; spend or trade in-game currency or items; touch linked payment methods; or talk to other players about the service. They play only the queues and modes needed for your order.
If the publisher penalises your account, tell us within 7 days of the notice and send us the notice. Section 5 of the Refund Policy explains what we do.
6. Your duties and what you must not do
When you use our services, you agree not to:
use them for anything unlawful;
try to get into our systems or data without permission;
use bots, scrapers or crawlers against the site without our written permission;
pretend to be someone else;
resell a service you bought without our written permission;
give us false information, including a false refund or chargeback claim;
abuse our staff, coaches or specialists. We may suspend the order or the account, and we do not refund the part already delivered;
arrange a service or a payment with a coach or specialist outside CarrotBoost (our platform, live chat and support email). Anything arranged outside our channels is not covered by these Terms, and we may end the order and close the account.
7. Starting, delivery and timelines
We give an estimated start and duration with each service. They are estimates, not promises. They depend on your region and rank, queue times, the number of games needed and specialist availability.
An order has started when a specialist or coach is assigned and has accepted it. It is complete when the goal on your order page is reached, or when the games or hours you bought are used. Your order page and our emails show both steps with a date and time.
If an order has not started within 48 hours, we tell you why and give a new estimate. You can cancel for a full refund until it starts.
You can follow progress, pause and resume most orders from your dashboard.
Normal variance is expected. Losing a game along the way does not change the goal you bought. For services sold by wins or by games, we deliver the number of wins or games you bought, not a particular rank.
If your order needs something from you, such as booking a live session or staying reachable during an account-based order, and we cannot reach you for 30 days, we may pause or close it. We refund the part not delivered, to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer.
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our control, such as a game server outage, a widespread internet failure or a publisher's action that changes how a session can run. We will tell you what we know, and when the problem clears we continue the order or agree a fair solution with you. If delivery becomes impossible, the Refund Policy applies.
Coaching sessions: if you cannot attend a booked session, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts and we move it. If you miss a session without telling us at least 24 hours before, that hour counts as used.
8. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund Policy sets the rules for cancelling and getting money back. It is part of these Terms.
In short: you can cancel and get a full refund until your order starts. After it starts, you get a refund for the part not delivered. A completed order is not refundable unless it did not match what we sold you or the law gives you a right.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel. When you place an order, you ask us to start straight away and you accept that you lose that right once the service is fully performed. If you cancel before then, you pay for what was delivered up to that point. Section 8 of the Refund Policy explains this.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you are unhappy with an order, contact us first. We reply within 24 hours, and most problems are solved faster through support than through your bank.
You can still dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer. If you do, we send the issuer our records of your order, including your acceptance of these Terms, the order history and our messages with you.
If you file a dispute for an order that we completed or already refunded, we may close your account. We do not charge a fee for disputes. We may recover the dispute fee that the payment processor charges us only where the dispute was fraudulent.
10. Coach and specialist standards
Our coaches and specialists are accepted after we check their identity and rank, and we remove them when they break our rules.
They must communicate professionally, keep confidential what they see on your account, and never play in a way meant to harm your account.
Specialists must follow the rules listed in section 5.
If you have a concern about a coach or specialist, report it to support. If a specialist breaks the rules in section 5 and your account is penalised as a result, section 5 of the Refund Policy explains what we give you.
11. Game accounts we sell
Each account page shows what comes with the account. After payment, we deliver the login details to your dashboard. Please change the password and attach your own email as soon as you receive the account.
Every account has a 7-day warranty, counted from the moment we deliver it. During those 7 days, we replace the account if it does not match its description, or if you lose access to it for a reason that is not a penalty from the game publisher.
The warranty does not cover penalties applied by the game publisher, including penalties applied because the account was bought, sold or transferred. It does not cover bans caused by your own behaviour in the game, such as toxicity or scripting.
Game publishers' rules restrict buying and selling accounts, and Riot Games has said that bought accounts can be penalised. By buying an account, you accept that risk.
If we cannot replace an account that the warranty covers, we refund the price you paid for it.
12. Store credit and tips
Store credit is a prepaid balance for CarrotBoost services. 1 credit equals 1 euro. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn.
You can apply credit to an order and pay the rest by card. When we refund an order that was paid partly with credit, the credit part goes back to your balance. Credit stays on your account while it is open. If you close your account, write to us and we refund unused credit that you paid for to your original payment method.
A tip for a coach or specialist is voluntary and cannot be refunded once given.
13. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a review, testimonial or similar content for us to publish, you give us a non-exclusive right to show it on our website or social media, shorten or lightly edit it, and credit it to the name or username you used.
You can ask us to remove content you sent at any time. We will take it down unless there is a good reason to keep a record, such as an open dispute.
14. Intellectual property and independence from publishers
Everything on our website, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or to the people who license it to us. You get a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the website. It does not allow you to copy, resell, change or reverse engineer any part of it.
CarrotBoost is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games or any other game publisher. League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Game names appear on this site only to identify the games we offer services for.
15. No guarantee of outcome
We provide the website and the services as available. We do not promise that the website will always run without interruption or errors.
Coaching: we cannot promise a particular rank, win rate or skill result, because progress also depends on your own practice.
Boosting: the goal on your order page is what we deliver. The timeline is an estimate.
16. Our liability and yours
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of a game account, ranked rewards, in-game items, progress or time that results from a publisher's decision, which is a risk described in section 5.
Our total liability for a claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your CarrotBoost login private. To the extent the law allows, you must pay for loss we suffer because you used the services against these Terms or without the right to let us use the game account.
17. Suspending and closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these Terms, fraud, a fraudulent chargeback, or conduct that harms CarrotBoost or other customers. We tell you why unless the law or an investigation stops us. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the services you paid for and did not receive.
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Payment duties that already arose, and the sections on liability and disputes, continue after an account is closed.
18. Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first, so we can try to settle a problem directly.
These Terms are governed by the law of Belgium. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If you are not a consumer, the courts of Belgium decide disputes about these Terms.
If a court finds that a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
If we do not enforce a part of these Terms on one occasion, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms if we sell the business, and we will tell you.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We email registered users and show a notice on the site at least 30 days before a material change applies. A change does not affect an order you have already paid for. The date in section 1 shows the current version.
20. Contact and complaints
Email [email protected] or use live chat on carrotboost.gg. We reply within 48 hours.
Put "complaint" in the subject line and we answer in writing within 14 days.
